When you have architectural drawings, engineering calculations, planning permission and building regulations approval, you might think you’re ready to get quotes from builders. But if you do, you still might not know for certain what you’ll be getting for your money – or even what the final cost of your project is going to be.

The reason? There’s another, critical step in the process that still has to be completed. As well as plans showing the construction details, there must also be documentation detailing all finishing specifications, so you and your builder have complete clarity on what is included in the budget.

Our Project De-risking service brings together all the information you have and adds in these vital final details. We present everything in a clear, easy to understand format so that when you ask us and other builders to provide a quote, it will be for exactly what you want – and all costs will be accounted for ahead of any work starting.

An opportunity to evaluate your project, listen to your requirements, and agree the scope of any major changes and new structures.

Within 10 days we will present a costed proposal and a week after that we will follow up to answer any questions you may have.

References & Instruction

We will arrange for you to visit some of our previously completed projects to see our work first hand. Following this you can instruct us to proceed on a fixed cost basis.

Design & Specification

We will prepare designs and technical details to your brief, and will deal with permissions & regulations. We’ll then guide you through a detailed list of specifications for the finished project so you know exactly what you’re getting and we can maximise the speed of the build.
